Think Pink

Well, the Holidays are finally over, and I think I'm starting to catch up a little. The boy is going to have his second birthday in about 2 weeks, and he seems to be able to play by himself for 15 or 20 minutes at a time now. That gives me time during the day to process a few orders here and there. Maybe even do some dishes. I've even managed to do a tiny little bit of quilting this week after he goes home and I finish processing the shipping on the orders. Now if I could stop signing up for more stuff to do. :0]

This week I made three pink blocks for http://teamtiara.net/ Quilt for a Cure.

Dana from http://www.oldredbarnco.blogspot.com/ organized and is putting together some donation quilts from members of our flickr group http://www.flickr.com/groups/oldredbarncoquiltalong2009/ .
Stop by and see the blocks, or participate if you so choose. We also have a quilt a long in progress and a new one starting next month "Pinwheels". Feel free to join in. We are a fun group.

Glad you are getting a bit more time to sew!

These blocks are so pretty. I agree with Dee Roo they are pretty enough for a postcard!

Thank you Pam! They arrived yesterday. I really appreciate the backing fabric . . . and the adorable Heather Ross dauchund fabric. I have two dauchund puppies so this will be part of a cherished project I am sure. Thank you!
