PASTICHE, AUGUST

I am in one quilting bee this year, and it's my favorite ever. Our blocks are paper or free pieced and we've had some interesting themes. This month was "Farmer's Market".  I chose to make some fancy lettuce.

SEWING TIME!

I keep trying to fit in some sewing amongst all the chaos in my life lately. Most times I'm not too successful in squeezing in the time and energy. I did manage to make a snack mat for my 4 year old grandsons first foray into school. Half day at pre K.
